New partner banks

Pan Asian signed up with Dah Sing Bank and Bank of East Asia as the new partners of its SuperFirst Mortgage Program.

2014

$1.2B of securitized notes fully redeemed

Pan Asian successfully early redeemed all notes issued under the securitization of its negative mortgage portfolio in August 2010.

2013

New 90% LTV program launch

Pan Asian launched a new 90% LTV program to qualify the new requirements of the regulatory authority of Hong Kong.

2008

PAMAC launch

Pan Asian Mortgage Advisory Company Limited (PAMAC) was founded with a vast network of individuals and property agencies in its referral networks. PAMAC is the only professional mortgage advisory business with a mortgage lender background ,providing clients with valuable insights and expert advice on mortgage products and services.

2004

95% LTV program launch

Working with the Wing Hang Bank Group (now OCBC Wing Hang Bank), at the beginning of the property market recovery, the firm successfully launched Hong Kong’s first 95% LTV mortgage program (“SuperFirst 95 Program”) with two major developers, New World Development Co. Ltd. and Cheung Kong (Holding) Ltd.

140% LTV rated MBS

Pan Asian completed its inaugural securitization program of HK1.25 billion negative-equity mortgages with Standard Bank Asia as the Arranger and Underwriter.

2002

140% LTV program launch

Following the Asia financial crisis and during the post-1997 property market correction period, Pan Asian launched Asia’s first negative-equity mortgage refinancing program, the “SuperFirst 140 Program,” in collaboration with CITIC Ka Wah Bank Limited (now China CITIC Bank International) and Asia Commercial Bank (now Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited). The SuperFirst 140 Program proved to be a resounding success, with HK$1 billion mortgages closed within the first few months of its launch.
