Pan Asian Mortgage Company Limited (Pan Asian) today announced the launch of their 95% LTV Mortgage Program ("the 95 Program") with Wing Hang Bank exclusively for purchasers of the Sky Tower project.
The 95 Program will provide a super one-stop service for homeowners to borrow a total of up to 95% loan-to-value ("LTV") mortgage loan at an interest rate of Prime -2.65% for a maximum loan tenor of 30 years.
Home purchasers will not only enjoy extremely competitive mortgage loan terms, but also a hassle free one-stop mortgage service from Wing Hang Bank.
