Leland L. Sun, Managing Director and Founder

Mr. Sun has over 20 years of secondary mortgage market expertise in Asia and the United States directly involved in the structuring, trading and distribution of mortgage-backed securities globally. In 1997, Mr. Sun was appointed by the Financial Secretary, Hong Kong SAR government as the first Chief Operating Officer of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation (HKMC). Previously, Mr. Sun was a Senior Managing Director with Bear Stearns Asia Ltd. and an Executive Director with Goldman Sachs (Asia) Ltd. responsible for Greater China fixed income distribution and capital markets.

Mr. Sun obtained his M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles (1986) and his B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University (1984). Currently, Mr. Sun is an independent non-executive director of New Heritage Holdings Ltd. (member of the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited). He is a member of the Board of Governors and Chairman, Financial Services Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce (HK / Macau). Mr. Sun also serves on the General Committee at the Hong Kong Golf Club and is the Finance Convenor.

Steven Kim, Director

Mr. Kim is the C.E.O. and president of StrongHouse Limited (Stronghouse). StrongHouse is currently mandated by government entities and a large commercial bank in the region to advise them on acquisitions and on general capital structures matters.

Mr. Kim started his career in finance at Shearson Lehman Hutton in 1989 in California. Before joining Bear Stearns Asia Limited as Senior Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Department in 1994 in Hong Kong, he worked in New York at Lehman Brothers servicing Asian financial institutions in the States and in Europe. Prior to 1989, he was a sole proprietor providing art objects leasing programs to the corporations in the Greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Kim is currently residing in Hong Kong with his wife and son.

Danny O. Yee, Director

Mr. Yee is currently C.E.O. of Aktis Capital Advisory Limited, Hong Kong and serves as a Director of the First American International Bank, New York. Mr. Yee is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University - Bachelor of Arts (1977) and currently resides in Hong Kong as a Permanent Resident.

Prior to Aktis, Mr. Yee was a Participating Managing Director (PMD) of Goldman, Sachs & Co. (GS). Mr. Yee's career with GS spans over 18 years in the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities Division (FICC) and has worked in New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Mr. Yee became a General Partner of GS in 1994 and a Participating Managing Director in 1999 when the firm became public. Mr. Yee took early retirement in 2000 to pursue personal interests in Asia. Prior to his career at GS, Mr. Yee was a senior credit officer with Chase Manhattan bank from 1977~1983.

Moses Tsang, Director

Teik Seng Cheah, Director

Mr. Cheah is currently a Managing Director of Aktis Capital Advisory Limited Hong Kong. He is a graduate of University of Manchester and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He started as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance in Malaysia and has worked in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, London and Hong Kong with various commercial and investment banks. He was the C.E.O. designate for ECM Libra Avenue Group following his 9 year tenor as a Managing Director of BNP Paribas in Hong Kong. Over the past 14 years Mr. Cheah has been involved in advisory as well as origination and distribution of capital market transactions in various Asian markets. In addition, he has been involved in private equities transactions for the past 7 years.

Frankie K.S. Wong, Chief Operating Officer and Director

Appointed as the C.O.O. in July 2006, Mr. Wong manages the Company's mortgage origination business in Hong Kong, including sales & marketing, and risk management. Mr. Wong joined the Company from its inception in 2002 as the Senior Vice-President - Risk Management, with responsibilities in developing the Company's robust risk management model for managing the negative-equity and high-LTV mortgage asset portfolios.

Mr. Wong's expertise in real estate finance and credit risk management stems from both commercial and consumer banking disciplines. He has been working in the Hong Kong banking and finance sector since 1982, including as Deputy Managing Director, Asset Based Finance at Citicorp Commercial Finance Ltd and Credit Head, Mortgage Banking Division at Dao Heng Bank. Mr. Wong is life-long learner with interests in business management, linguistics and international relations. He obtained degrees from both the Overseas and Hong Kong universities for his persistent learning.
